• To minimise the use of energy in our processes
• To encourage staff to turn off equipment and lighting when not in use
• To minimise the use of air conditioning plant in the offices
• To plan journeys to use the vehicles the most efficiently and reduce fuel consumption
• To educate all drivers to drive within speed limits and not constantly using the brakes to conserve fuel
• To encourage staff to use public transport and not their own vehicle or to share transport with others
• To review the thermal efficiency of the buildings and consider better insulation
• Remain open minded to innovation and technological improvements that offer opportunities to assist with our energy conservation

We are aware that our business activities can have an impact on resource usage both now and in the future and strive to keep our energy usage to as low a level as we are able. The Hazlemere Group and its Shareholders expects all Directors, Managers and Supervisory Staff to enthusiastically implement this policy.
