So, that’s why we’ve complied our most frequently asked questions that apply at all stages of the procurement process, but more importantly, have helped thousands of people to make major decisions when considering home improvements. 1 – Has the company got a proven trading record?
A family firm established in 1985, Hazlemere Windows draws on 25 years of experience and expertise, manufacturing, supplying and installing double glazed windows, doors, conservatories and curtain walling, so is proud to have in excess of 15,000 satisfied customers. 2 – What are your payment options?
Firstly, Hazlemere Windows DO NOT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT, nor any payment until the installation is completed to your satisfaction. Secondly, Hazlemere accept cheques and debit cards, plus for a small administration fee you have the option of paying by any major credit card (American Express, MasterCard or Visa).

3 – How long are your windows guaranteed for?
All our window, door & conservatory products AND installations are guaranteed for ten years. Any product defects reported are rectified F.O.C. during the guarantee period, during which there is no call out charge.

4 – Can I see testimonials from previous Hazlemere customers?
You can see some recent testimonials, along with pictures of the installations on our testimonials page on our website. You are also more than welcome to come to our showroom to see the display of dozens of letters from satisfied delighted customers.

5 – Are your windows fitted with security features?
All Hazlemere UPVC and aluminium windows are fitted with a multipoint locking system as well as deadlocks for added security.

6 – Have you a showroom so I can see the quality of your products before buying?
Many years ago, the Hazlemere Group realised the importance of clients being able to see, feel and choose the most appropriate product/colour/finish for their property, so invested in a 4,000 square feet Showroom in Buckinghamshire which is open 7 days a week. As independent manufacturers, Hazlemere offer a uniquely wide choice of aluminium and UPVC home improvement products, all of which are on display in Wellington Road, Cressex Business Park, High Wycombe, HP12 3PR

7 – I live near a busy main road – can your windows reduce noise?
Yes. All Hazlemere replacement double glazed windows (when closed!) do reduce noise pollution. Hazlemere even manufacture triple glazed windows, which obviously adds an extra barrier to noise. Hazlemere window customers have the option to further increase noise reduction by changing the thickness of one of the two 4mm glass panes on every sealed unit to 6.4mm toughened laminated. Hazlemere offer different widths of spacer bars in sealed units along with different thicknesses of glass panes to reduce noise.

8 – Do you sub-contract out your window, door & conservatory installation work, or do you employ your own fitters?

Hazlemere windows prides itself on the expertise of its in house fitters, many of whom have been with the company over twenty years, so have invaluable experience, especially when it comes to more difficult installations. By having its own expert double glazing consultants, surveyors, fabricators, installers and service engineers, Hazlemere Window Company Ltd are able to control the entire process, thereby offering a robust and meaningful ten year guarantee with real confidence. 9 – What is your ‘No Pressure Promise’?
Quite simply we don’t use gimmicks, false discounts, hard selling tactics, nor pressure you to make your mind up; we offer genuine no obligation quotations, free expert advice, consultation and initial site survey. 11 – Do you make your own windows, doors & conservatories?
We certainly do, Hazlemere also manufactures aluminium curtain walling, commercial windows and doors, as well as made to measure pleated blinds for conservatory roofs, windows and doors. As manufacturers we supply several double glazing firms who just supply and fit, plus offer both a supply and fit or a supply only service to architects, builders and developers.

12 – What after sales service resources are in place to ensure that any problems arise with the product and/or installation are rectified in a “timely” fashion? In other words how can I be certain you will be around to deliver your “guarantee”?
One of the Hazlemere Group’s greatest strength’s and assets is its specialist service department, which is staffed by three highly experienced and knowledgeable service engineers. A dedicated Service Manager runs the department, whilst there are two Hazlemere service engineers in vans out on the road constantly, not only delivering Hazlemere’s 10 year guarantee, but also assisting customers whose guarantee has expired, as well as clients who did not buy from Hazlemere initially, but now need our expert assistance and back up.
