Due to expansion, and the purchase of a new 38,000 square foot premises next door to Hazlemere Window Company’s existing freehold head offices, factory and showroom in Wellington Road on Cressex Business Park, High Wycombe, Bucks, the Hazlemere Group are looking to lease out 12,774 square feet of warehouse, industrial and office space to the rear of their existing 4,000 square foot home improvement showroom.
The property available for immediate lease is located on Cressex Business Park, High Wycombe’s premier business park, less than one mile from junction 4 of the M40 motorway. High Wycombe town centre is approximately one mile to the north, offering a full range of retail and leisure activities and a train service to London Marylebone with a fastest journey time…
Having been privileged enough to watch Windsor and Eton Football Club beat VT FC 1-0 at Stag Meadow last night to clinch promotion to the Zamaretto Premership and the Championship title, I was thrilled for both their Manager Keith Scott (former Wycombe Wanderers striker) and everyone connected with the Royalists, as it happened to be the first season Hazlemere Window Company have sponsored the St. Leonards Road based Club.
The entire night almost ended in disaster, after more than half the floodlights failed during the first half! Enormous credit is due to both the referee and VT FC, who were prepared to play on till about 8.34pm in descending darkness till half-time was reached, during which an electrician did his best to get as many…
Hazlemere Commercial completed the design, manufacture and supply of a seventy metre long sloping aluminium double glazed curtain wall window roof light at Bideford College in March 2010. This impressive glazing feature is part of this sustainability project built by main contractors Morgan Ashurst, who approached Hazlemere Commercial windows and doors in High Wycombe to design, fabricate and install all the windows, doors and curtain walling in a £44m redevelopment of Bideford College on the existing site of the college in Bideford, North Devon.
All the window frames were made using 100% recycled aluminium billet, and were fitted with solar control glass. The 70m sloping curtain wall was made in Hazlemere Commercial’s factory in High Wycombe, Bucks, before being installed by Hazlemere’s expert team…
When I wrote to the Bucks Free Press’s long serving editor Steve Cohen venting my frustration about the dreadful state of our roads in South Bucks I was NOT expecting him to organise to take a picture of me next to the many potholes in Wellington Road where Hazlemere Window Company are based, publish this with my letter in the Bucks Free Press newspaper on Friday 9th April 2010, nor write such a well balanced article on the subject. Quite rightly Steve looks at both sides of the debate on what priority should be given to repairing the highways of Buckinghamshire.
However, he concludes, in his own article on potholes published on 9th April 2010 on the Bucks Free Press website by asking “how long…
My family had no idea how fortunate we were flying in on Monarch Airlines from Cyprus on Wednesday 14th April 2010. After landing at Gatwick Airport Wednesday night, we had the usual tussle to get round the M25, but eventually made it home to Beaconsfield in Bucks blissfully unaware of the major event unfolding in Iceland. Sometimes in life we do not appreciate how fortunate we are, as many air travellers have now missed weddings, funerals, holidays, family events, business appointments and been massively disrupted.
The upside is that here in the UK we can now more appreciate National Express, bus and coach travel, our railways, and ferry services, as these have been the only means of travelling any distance. It also shows us how…
Our “pothole campaign” to improve the dreadful state of the roads, not only in South Buckinghamshire, but in the UK generally, is making slow progress, but at least we are now getting some responses from the UK authorities.
Hazlemere Window Company Ltd’s Managing Director, Stuart Braham has written to Bucks County Council Highways Agency to complain about the awful state of Wellington Road on Cressex Business Park, where Hazlemere Windows, Doors and Conservatories have their head offices, main factory site and 4,000 square foot home improvement showroom. In his letter, Stuart drew the attention of Jim Stevens, Head of Transportation at Bucks County Council Highways Department (based at King George V Road, Amersham, Bucks, HP6 5BL) to the 3 previous complaints Hazlemere Windows have made…
Whilst Hazlemere Commercial operate throughout the UK on large projects manufacturing and installing double glazed aluminium commercial windows, doors and curtain walling, the retail division tends to work in a 50 mile radius of High Wycombe in Bucks. The reason for this is historically distance, both in terms of 3 different industry professionals attending site a minimum of three times for any retail replacement window or door contract (i.e. a consultant, a surveyor and an installer).
Also Hazlemere Windows, Doors and Conservatories have a dedicated Service Department, run by an experienced Service Manager with two full time expert Service Engineers, who not only assist in delivering Hazlemere’s comprehensive ten year guarantee, but repair double glazed windows, doors and conservatories installed by other double glazing…
