Through ownership of our 10,000 square foot freehold factory in Cressex, High Wycombe, Bucks we are able to tightly control fabrication costs and other overheads whilst adjusting to economic trends. A considerable number of our workforce has been with the company for over 10 years, and the principle of ’promoting from within’ engenders a sense of loyalty and career promotion.
All our fabricators are thoroughly trained, and we are proud to employ some of the best in the industry. Unlike most of our competitors we do not sub-contract installation work to outside contractors. We have our own installation teams, dedicated to their own specialist areas of domestic windows and doors, conservatories, garages or commercial projects. This combined with the fact that we have a large manufacturing base, enables us to control both lead-times and agreed installation programmes.
