Sales Consultant – The Role:

Based in our modern showrooms, you’ll work on a private appointment basis, visiting customers’ homes and using the latest online presentation tools. Sales Consultant – Key Responsibilities:

• Attend qualified appointments both in customers’ homes and through online design tools, understanding their needs and offering innovative home improvement products
• Work with homeowners to design their dream living space or custom windows and doors using our unique design software and product range
• Visit new and existing customers who have shown interest in our products, providing advice on planning, building regulations, and design (full training provided)
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, contributing to business success through exceptional service
• Actively listen to customers, ask insightful questions, and gather ideas to create tailored designs that meet their needs

Sales Consultant – You:

• Industry experience within the fenestration sector
• A full driving license and car ownership are required, as the role involves regular travel
• Highly driven, determined to succeed, and flexible in adapting to different customer needs
• Passionate about helping customers and delivering exceptional service
• Goal-oriented with proven experience in consistently hitting or exceeding targets
• A professional sales consultant who represents the company and industry with integrity

• You will be responsible for listening to the customer, understand their needs, be curious and question to gather the ideas needed to create the desired design

Hazlemere Window Company Ltd are looking for a Service Engineer to join our experienced service team, delivering a first class customer service experience for our window, door and conservatory customers.

Service Engineer – The Role:

As a Service Engineer, no two days are the same.

One day you’ll be fine-tuning a set of bi-fold doors to achieve the perfect operation. The next you’ll be resolving a conservatory roof leak, replacing glazing, or carrying out repairs that leave a customer delighted with the result.

This is more than a repairs role. You’ll be the face of Hazlemere after installation, ensuring every product continues to perform exactly as it should. You’ll combine technical expertise with practical problem-solving and genuine pride in delivering work of the highest quality.

Service Engineer – Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve issues on Hazlemere products within the warranty period.
• Carry out service and repair work on conservatories, windows, doors and glazed living spaces.
• Install replacement sealed units, sashes and door slabs.
• Adjust windows and doors to ensure smooth, secure operation.
• Replace hardware including hinges, handles, locks and other components.
• Identify and rectify conservatory roof leaks and associated remedial works.
• Ensure every repair is completed safely, professionally and to Hazlemere’s exacting standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, keeping customers informed throughout every visit.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.

Service Engineer – You:

• Previous experience as a Window, Door or Conservatory Installer or Service Engineer.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• A professional, courteous and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• The ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a wider team.
• Good organisational and planning skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The confidence to use your initiative and make sound decisions on site.
