Living Space Sales Designer

Location: High Wycombe & Welwyn Garden City

We are looking to recruit an experienced Living Space Sales Designer for our proven and busy showrooms, providing UPVC and aluminium conservatories, orangeries and extensions.

Working from provided leads with a good rate of commission.

Preferably self-employed although employed may be considered.

Amazing showrooms to work out of with the latest online presentation tools plus a dedicated presentation room with VR and large screen.

Sales Consultant (Buckinghamshire Based)

Hazlemere are looking for energetic, determined and results-focused Sales Consultants to join their business based in High Wycombe. Ideally a window & door sales consultant along with a conservatory living space sales consultant.

Location: High Wycombe

Salary: Competitive (OTE circa £50k)

Job Type: PAYE basic with commission earnings or self-employed basis.

Hazlemere are the leading installer of orangeries, conservatories, garden rooms, glazed extensions, living spaces and aluminium windows and doors throughout the home counties. Due to our continued success, we are expanding our sales operation and are looking for sales professionals who can flourish within a unique direct sales environment.

Sales Consultant – The Role:

  • Working out of our modern showrooms, you will be working on a private appointment basis attending customers’ homes and utilising the latest online presentation tools
  • Our first-class marketing strategy and exemplary reputation ensures our sales design consultants benefit from a high volume of expertly qualified appointments
  • The role is highly versatile and dynamic, you will be required to visit customers’ homes, establish their design requirements, and interpret these into a design solution, modelled using bespoke software
  • This is a rare opportunity to truly enjoy all the rewards that an aspirational selling environment can give
  • You must be a motivated and passionate self-starter, an enterprising, creative thinker, with a technical aptitude and the ability to take ownership of designs from concept to creation
  • Full product training is provided

Sales Consultant – Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend qualified appointments, both in customers’ homes and using some of the latest online design tools, listening to their requirements and helping them by offering the very latest and most innovative home improvement products
  • Meeting homeowners and helping them to create their dream new living space or window and door design using our unique design software and product range
  • Working flexibly to visit new and existing customers who have shown an interest in our “new living space or window or door” designs, giving meaningful advice on issues like planning and building regulations; full training is given in these areas
  • Build effective relationships which will contribute to the business success through the delivery of exceptional customer service
  • You will be responsible for listening to the customer, understand their needs, be curious and question to gather the ideas needed to create the desired design

Sales Consultant – You:

  • As sales consultant you will be highly driven, determined to succeed, highly flexible and deliver true professionalism to the customer, the company, and the industry alike
    • You must be smart and professional, as you will be the one who sets the first impression of the company
    • You will be a passionate, highly driven individual who enjoys helping customers
    • You will be highly goal orientated with demonstrable experience of hitting or exceeding targets
    • A flexible and adaptable truly professional sales consultant, delivering professionalism to the customer, company, and industry
    • You must be a self-starter with a creative flair and the ability to take ownership of designs from concept to creation
    • Excellent numerical skills, be able to think logically and be objective in your decision making
    • Good IT skills required, Word, Excel, Outlook etc
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate the customer
    • Good problem-solving skills, able to identify cost efficient solutions to problems
    • You must be friendly, determined, and able to demonstrate the value of our marketplace product to new customers
    • A highly responsive individual, you will understand the importance of responding quickly to daily challenges
    • You will want to make a difference, not satisfied with the status quo, you will have a strong opinion on how to be the best salesperson

Builder's Labourer

Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Salary: Competitive

We are looking for a builder’s labourer to provide assistance with window & door, and conservatory installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Involves working as part of an installation team for our retail department, to assist with window & door, or conservatory installations
  • Preparing sites, tools and materials
  • Assisting with the transporting, loading and unloading of building materials, equipment and tools
  • Cleaning site, removing debris, unused materials
  • Demolishing structures based on health and safety regulations
  • Operating construction equipment
  • Mix and pour cement to build structures
  • Assist other tradesmen on site

Groundsman – You:

  • A good attitude
  • Hardworking
  • Flexibility
  • Reliability
  • Ability to talk to members of the public
  • Must drive and have a full licence
  • Local to High Wycombe

Conservatory Fitter

Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

Hazlemere is looking for new conservatory installation teams for either self-employed or PAYE positions. We are looking for highly skilled individuals with an enthusiasm for delivering great customer service and quality installations.

Conservatory Installer – You:

  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Be a good communicator
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Ensuring an excellent quality service is achieved on all conservatory installations

Essential:

  • Previous quality fitting experience
  • UK driving licence
  • If joining as a self-employed team, must have your own van and tools
  • Ideally teams of 2 minimum

Preferable:

  • Fenestration Level 2 NVQ
