Sales Consultant (Buckinghamshire Based)

Hazlemere are looking for an energetic, determined and results-focused Sales Consultant to join their business based in High Wycombe.

Location: High Wycombe
Salary: Competitive (OTE circa £50k)
Job Type: PAYE basic with commission earnings or self-employed basis

Due to our continued success, we are expanding our Sales Operation and are looking for Sales Professionals who can flourish within a unique direct sales environment.

Sales Consultant – The Role:

  • Working out of our modern Showrooms, you will be working on a private appointment basis attending customers’ homes and utilising the latest online presentation tools
  • Our first-class marketing strategy and exemplary reputation ensures our Sales Design Consultants benefit from a high volume of expertly qualified appointments
  • The role is highly versatile and dynamic, you will be required to visit customers’ homes, establish their design requirements, and interpret these into a design solution modelled using bespoke software

Sales Consultant – Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend qualified appointments, both in customers’ homes and using some of the latest online design tools, listening to their requirements and helping them by offering the very latest and most innovative home improvement products
  • Meeting homeowners and helping them to create their dream new living space or window and door design using our unique design software and product range
  • Working flexibly to visit new and existing customers who have shown an interest in our “New Living Space or window or door” designs, giving meaningful advice on issues like planning and building regulations; full training is given in these areas
  • Build effective relationships which will contribute to the business success through the delivery of exceptional customer service
  • You will be responsible for listening to the Customer, understand their needs, be curious and question to gather the ideas needed to create the desired design

Sales Consultant – You:

  • As Sales Consultant you will be highly driven, determined to succeed, highly flexible and deliver true professionalism to the Customer, the Company, and the Industry alike
  • You must be smart and professional, as you will be the one who sets the first impression of the company

Conservatory Surveyor

Hazlemere are looking for a surveyor to join a busy team to undertake surveys of conservatories and living spaces at customer’s properties

Location: High Wycombe
Salary: Competitive

Surveyor – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Undertake on site conservatory surveys for all base work elements plus window, door and roof systems in both UPVC and aluminium
  • Provide quantity surveys for building materials
  • Draw up, submit and monitor as required any planning applications, building regs applications, Thames Water buildover agreements etc
  • Prioritise and schedule timely surveys to the requirement of the customers and the urgency of the work required
  • Draw up all surveys in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate with customers as necessary and keep accurate records

Surveyor – You:

Essential:

  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • A strong customer focus both for internal and external customers
  • A positive can do attitude
  • Intermediate experience and knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Building knowledge
  • Knowledge of Building regs and planning regulations

We are looking for a service engineer to join our team.

Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Salary: Competitive plus commission
Job Type: Permanent – Full Time

Service Administrator – Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing sealed units plus aluminium and UPVC windows, doors & conservatories
  • Carrying out repairs to the above products
  • Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving license is needed
  • You could be required to carry out replacements in locations including public and commercial properties on occasion

  • Previous quality fitting experience
  • UK driving licence

Junior CNC Operator

Hazlemere Group has an exciting opportunity for a Junior CNC Programmer to join the team.

Location: High Wycombe
Salary: Competitive

Junior CNC Programmer – The Role:

  • Assist and Co-ordinate CNC production process by liaising with all relevant departments

Junior CNC Programmer – Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare CNC machining data in a timely fashion to meet the demands of the fabrication programme
  • Check, test and modify data (macros) as necessary ensuring accuracy and compliance with the system supplier’s fabrication manuals and any other supplementary information or details that may be required
  • Produce control samples for checking of critical and new machinings
  • Maximise CNC efficiency and utilisation
  • Run CNC Programmes as and when required
  • Assist with CNC machine maintenance and servicing liaising with HOD as and when required in the event of breakdown or malfunction
  • Be proactive with regards to continuous improvement and provide feedback on ways to improve the performance of the department and interfaces with it

Junior CNC Programmer – You:

Essential:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work without supervision with excellent analytical and problem solving ability
  • Advanced working knowledge of Elumatec CNC Saws
  • Understanding of Aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work as a part of a team

Hazlemere is looking for an operative to join our production department manufacturing windows, doors, conservatories and other fenestration products in our High Wycombe factory. Full training can be given.

Factory Operative – The Role:

  • Ensure that a safe and clean working environment is maintained at all times
  • Ensure all manufacture is carried out in accordance with job sheets, working drawings, specifications and system supplier’s fabrication manuals
  • Ensure all manufacture achieves the highest quality standards in line with the company’s quality procedures ensuring all necessary documentation and labelling etc. is completed and records maintained
  • Ensure all manufacture is completed in a timely fashion within the given timescales to meet the required delivery/installation dates
  • Ensure all company documentation is completed and records maintained in accordance with the company’s procedures
