Once installation is completed we will send you your guarantee certificate, keep it safe should you need to contact us or pass it on to the new owners if you sell your property.
Our guarantee applies to moving parts too, not always the case from other companies. Just make sure you call us first if anything needs attention, so as not to invalidate your warranty.

INSURANCE BACKED WARRANTY
Your 10 year guarantee also carries an insurance backed warranty. We don’t expect you to ever need it but it does mean that should Hazlemere not be around to service your warranty issue you have an insurance policy in place to turn to. But like we say, we plan to be around for a good few years yet.
