Pre-Contract Confidence for Hazlemere Customers

The new consumer rights legislation came into force in October 2015, giving Hazlemere Windows Co Ltd the perfect opportunity to introduce a new Pre-Contract Information document. This booklet lays out the information our customers need prior to deciding on new windows, doors and conservatories and the company they want to engage to undertake their home improvements for them.

It has always been our policy to keep customers fully informed, ensuring they know exactly what they are signing up to and what they can expect from us. The contents explain what happens once we receive an order, at what stage of the process the survey and installation departments will contact you and our terms of business. Also included is detail of how our complaints procedures work, our after sales service, important contact telephone numbers and full details of how to cancel.

As FENSA registered installers we provide replacement window and door customers with an independent deposit and warranty insurance so in the unlikely event of anything untoward happening to us within the first 10 years of your installation you will be able to arrange for any warranty work to be undertaken under the terms of the insurance. Deposits are also protected by the Glass & Glazing Federation’s Independent Deposit Indemnity Scheme. The details of these policies will also be found within the pre-contract booklet.

If you have a question that isn’t covered by the pre-contract information please just ask, your sales representative is on hand to make sure you have everything you need to make an informed decision before signing on the dotted line.

Our showrooms are our shop windows and we have invested heavily to create extensive displays that best showcase our large range of windows, doors and living spaces. You will receive a warm welcome, plus a proper coffee, and the choice to browse at your leisure without interruption.
