One thing's for certain, you certainly wouldn’t have seen an Ultraroof on the very first Victorian conservatories, but technology has advanced and we’re able to do extraordinary things to timeless designs like this. Boasting Georgian bars throughout, at the same time as seeing to the Ultraroof installation, we also had to attend to the guttering. Within the Ultraroof is two very prominent glazed areas and they help to overcome the usual flaw of losing natural light once a solid roof installation has been completed. Alternative lighting comes courtesy of that provided by the spotlights.
The immense size of the conservatory has added to an already roomy property and is managing to house a large dining table and chairs with extreme ease. There’s still lots of space to play with and this has been taken full advantage of as French doors have been integrated into the design. They give the occupants a direct route onto the patio where we imagine lots of al fresco meals have been sampled since the project concluded. The doors can also be used for ventilation, along with the many top opening windows inside the conservatory. It’s the Ultraroof though that most intrigues and will be the foremost talking point for guests as they sample the comforting atmosphere it offers.
