Service Engineer - The Role and Responsibilities:

- Installing sealed units, aluminium and UPVC windows, doors & conservatories.

- Carrying out repairs on the above products.

- Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving licence is needed as you may be required to travel to complete a job.

- You could be required to carry out replacements in locations including public and commercial properties on occasion.

An opportunity has arisen within our Customer Service Support team for an experienced scheduler. Duties will include but are not limited to:

Scheduling planned maintenance, remedial and corrective visits with clients for our service engineers.
Building and maintaining strong, long lasting customer relationships at all levels.
Preparing various activity and KPI reports.
Liaising with internal departments in relation to all contract matters (Customer Service, Accounts & Sales).
Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of all aspects relating to service.

Prior scheduling experience.

Window and Door Fitter

Hazlemere are looking for new installation teams for either a self-employed or PAYE position. We are looking for teams that are high-quality, experienced window & door fitters.

Hazlemere offers great earning potential and continuity of work. With exciting times ahead and increasing demand, we are continuing to expand our installation teams in the Midlands and the South of the UK.

Windows and Doors Fitter – Essential Experience:

- Previous quality fitting experience

- A passion for delivering excellent customer service

- Be a good communicator

- Be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative

- UK driving licence

- Fenestration Level 2 NVQ

- If joining as a self-employed team, must have your own van and tools

- Ideally teams of 2 minimum

Windows and Doors Fitter – The Role:

- You will join a busy team reporting to the Installations Manager

- Responsible for undertaking installations

- Ensuring an excellent quality service is achieved on all window & door installations

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team.

Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

Salary: Competitive + Benefits

Job Type: 40 hours per week

Warehouse Operative - The Role:
Ensure day to day smooth running of goods inwards/outwards on the factory floor as instructed by your line manager.

Warehouse Operative - Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company procedures and rules at all times
- Receive, inspect and identify all materials received in the facility
- Issue and distribute all materials for production and installation
- Pick, pack and load all goods outwards
- Load/unload delivery vehicles in a timely fashion and in the best way to utilise the available capacity
- Provide cover for other members of staff as may be required from time to time
- Carry out any other duties that may be deemed necessary for the completion of the works by the company and/or the line manager
- Assist in the further development of the department and the team members
- Be proactive with regards to continuous improvement and provide feedback on ways to improve the performance of the department

Warehouse Operative - You:
- The ideal candidate will have a 7.5-ton lorry license
- Ability to work without supervision and as part of a team
- Organisational and planning skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Combilift/fork lift licence preferable but not essential
