Factory Operative

To provide a high-quality service through carrying out various duties in the production department based in High Wycombe. 

Factory Operative - Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure that a safe and clean working environment is maintained at all times

- Ensure you adhere to company procedures and rules at all times

- Ensure all manufacture is carried out in accordance with job sheets, working drawings, specifications and system supplier's fabrication manuals

- Ensure all manufacture achieves the highest quality standards in line with the company's quality procedures ensuring all necessary documentation and labelling etc. is completed and records maintained

- Ensure all manufacture is completed in a timely fashion within the given timescales to meet the required delivery/installation dates

- Ensure all company documentation is completed and records maintained in accordance with the company's procedures

- Ensure you are working efficiently, consistently and to the required performance levels in order to meet the demands of the fabrication programme/department

- Support other members of the team in achieving their objectives

- Provide cover for other members of staff as may be required from time to time

- Assist in the further development of the department and the team members

- Be proactive with regards to continuous improvement and provide feedback on ways to improve the performance of the department and interfaces with it

Window and Door Fitter

Hazlemere are looking for new installation teams for either a self-employed or PAYE position. We are looking for teams that are high-quality, experienced window & door fitters.

Hazlemere offers great earning potential and continuity of work. With exciting times ahead and increasing demand, we are continuing to expand our installation teams in the Midlands and the South of the UK.

Windows and Doors Fitter – Essential Experience:

- Previous quality fitting experience

- A passion for delivering excellent customer service

- Be a good communicator

- Be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative

- UK driving licence

- Fenestration Level 2 NVQ

- If joining as a self-employed team, must have your own van and tools

- Ideally teams of 2 minimum

Windows and Doors Fitter – The Role:

- You will join a busy team reporting to the Installations Manager

- Responsible for undertaking installations

- Ensuring an excellent quality service is achieved on all window & door installations

Surveyor

Purpose of the Role:

To undertake on-site surveys and draw up on FDS or other surveying software. To reach and maintain targets and provide excellent customer services.

Surveyor - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Undertake on-site windows, doors & conservatory surveys

- Provide quantity surveys for building materials

- Draw up, submit and monitor as required any planning applications, building regulations applications

- Prioritise and schedule timely surveys to the requirement of the customers and the urgency of the work required in line with the KPIs set and agreed with the line manager

- Draw up all surveys in a timely and accurate manner within the KPI’s set by the line manager

- Communicate with customers as necessary and keep accurate records in accordance with the KPIs set and agreed with the line manager

- Provide accurate, regular and timely management information on customer records, and appointments and any other KPIs set and agreed with the line manager

- Meet all the KPIs, targets, deadlines and objectives as set and agreed with the line manager

- Carry out any other duties that may be deemed necessary for the completion of the works by the company and/or the line manager.

Surveyor – Essential Experience:

- Strong organisational and planning skills

- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team

- A strong customer focus both for internal and external customers

- A positive can do attitude

- Intermediate experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Product knowledge

- Building knowledge

- Knowledge of Building Regulations and Planning Regulations

Windows and Doors Sales Consultant (Bucks Based)

Hazlemere Window Company Ltd. is looking for an experienced Windows and Doors Sales Consultant for South Buckinghamshire and Surrounding Areas.

This leading role is for an experienced double glazing sales person to help spearhead Hazlemere's impressive refurbished showroom on Cressex Business Park in High Wycombe, generating sales of bespoke double glazed aluminium and UPVC windows and doors from high quality retail leads provided primarily throughout Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and surrounding areas. You will have your own vehicle, however you will be provided with all necessary hardware, software, literature and samples. You will operate from offices within Hazlemere’s large home improvements showroom in High Wycombe. Occasional showroom duties are currently shared with the other sales consultants, some of whom sell only conservatories.

Sales commissions are uncapped, with no limit placed on higher earnings. Hazlemere seek a self-motivated individual who is polite, punctual, diligent and customer focused.

Previous double glazing sales experience essential, preferably with a working knowledge of both UPVC and aluminium systems (both not vital, but would be useful). Experience with First Degree Systems software would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided.

Own transport and a driving licence a necessity.
