Sales Consultant (Buckinghamshire Based)

Hazlemere Group are looking for an energetic, determined and results-focused Sales Consultant to join their business based in High Wycombe.

Location: High Wycombe

Salary: Competitive (OTE circa £50k)

Job Type: PAYE basic with commission earnings or self-employed basis

Sales Consultant – The Role:
- Working out of our modern Showrooms, you will be working on a private appointment basis attending customers’ homes and utilising the latest online presentation tools

Sales Consultant – Key Responsibilities:
- Attend qualified appointments, both in customers’ homes and using some of the latest online design tools, listening to their requirements and helping them by offering the very latest and most innovative home improvement products
- Meeting homeowners and helping them to create their dream new living space or window and door design using our unique design software and product range
- Working flexibly to visit new and existing customers who have shown an interest in our “New Living Space or window or door” designs, giving meaningful advice on issues like planning and building regulations; full training is given in these areas
- Build effective relationships which will contribute to the business success through the delivery of exceptional customer service
- You will be responsible for listening to the Customer, understand their needs, be curious and question to gather the ideas needed to create the desired design

Sales Consultant – You:

- As Sales Consultant you will be highly driven, determined to succeed, highly flexible and deliver true professionalism to the Customer, the Company, and the Industry alike
- You must be smart and professional, as you will be the one who sets the first impression of the company

Fitter's Assistant

We need a hard-working fitting assistant to join the Hazlemere team in a full time, permanent role that offers a competitive salary. You will have the opportunity to progress through our training programmes, our installation assistants are trained on the job with full pay. The end goal is to have our fitting assistants become qualified installers leading their own team.

Fitter's Assistant - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

You will work as part of an installation team for our retail department, to assist with window & door or conservatory installations.

Window and Door Fitter

Hazlemere are looking for new installation teams for either a self-employed or PAYE position. We are looking for teams that are high-quality, experienced window & door fitters.

Hazlemere offers great earning potential and continuity of work. With exciting times ahead and increasing demand, we are continuing to expand our installation teams in the Midlands and the South of the UK.

Windows and Doors Fitter – Essential Experience:

- Previous quality fitting experience

- A passion for delivering excellent customer service

- Be a good communicator

- Be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative

- UK driving licence

- Fenestration Level 2 NVQ

- If joining as a self-employed team, must have your own van and tools

- Ideally teams of 2 minimum

Windows and Doors Fitter – The Role:

- You will join a busy team reporting to the Installations Manager

- Responsible for undertaking installations

- Ensuring an excellent quality service is achieved on all window & door installations

Surveyor

Purpose of the Role:

To undertake on-site surveys and draw up on FDS or other surveying software. To reach and maintain targets and provide excellent customer services.

Surveyor - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Undertake on-site windows, doors & conservatory surveys

- Provide quantity surveys for building materials

- Draw up, submit and monitor as required any planning applications, building regulations applications

- Prioritise and schedule timely surveys to the requirement of the customers and the urgency of the work required in line with the KPIs set and agreed with the line manager

- Draw up all surveys in a timely and accurate manner within the KPI’s set by the line manager

- Communicate with customers as necessary and keep accurate records in accordance with the KPIs set and agreed with the line manager

- Provide accurate, regular and timely management information on customer records, and appointments and any other KPIs set and agreed with the line manager

- Meet all the KPIs, targets, deadlines and objectives as set and agreed with the line manager

- Carry out any other duties that may be deemed necessary for the completion of the works by the company and/or the line manager.

Surveyor – Essential Experience:

- Strong organisational and planning skills

- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team

- A strong customer focus both for internal and external customers

- A positive can do attitude

- Intermediate experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Product knowledge

- Building knowledge

- Knowledge of Building Regulations and Planning Regulations

Applicants will be self-employed, high-quality, experienced window and door fitters. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Buckinghamshire’s leading double glazing manufacturer and installer.
