Our Managing Director, Stuart Braham, recently received an unsolicited letter dated 21st February 2011 from a Mr and Mrs Britton of High Wycombe in Bucks. When he showed me a copy, I was filled with a mixture of emotions, which included being thrilled for the customers concerned, as the contents of the following letter is what Hazlemere Window Company Ltd wants for all it’s customers.

“Today saw the completion of the installation of our new windows by your fitters, Ray and Darryl, and we felt we had to write to tell you how pleased we are with our purchase! With two massive bay windows and eleven others to fit, it would have been daunting even for the most experienced fitter but Ray and Darryl were brillant and took it all in their stride. They were perfect gentlemen and we think it must be the first time we have had workmen show such consideration for our furnishings and clear up so well each day when they had finished. They arrived at the appointed time every morning and hardly stopped the whole day. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very impressed with Ray’s restoration of the rendering surrounding the new windows as we expected to do that ourselves. In fact, it is such a work of art that we will know where to find him should we need any repairs in the future! You are very lucky indeed in the current times to have such diligent and efficient workers and we cannot thank them enough.

We chose your company as we knew you were a well established and recommended firm and I have to say that everyone we have dealt with from salesman, Dave Watson to surveyor, Peter Martin has been pleasant and helpful. It was Dave’s friendly and helpful manner and reassurance that convinced us what we had been told about Hazlemere’s reputation was, in fact, true.
