Merry Christmas And A Thank You From Hazlemere

Where has the year gone? We can hardly believe that Christmas and New Year are just around the corner, but that’s what happens when you’re so busy.

2019 has been an enormous success for Hazlemere, with many high points along the way, including in October when we were Highly Commended in the category of ‘Installation of the Year’, up to £35,000, at the inaugural Conservatory & Orangery Awards.

Held at the Midland Hotel in Manchester and presented by BBC Breakfast’s Louise Minchin, Hazlemere had three installations shortlisted for the top prize, a celebration of excellence in conservatory design and build.

Considering we were up against conservatory and home improvement companies from across the country, to come away with an award was a phenomenal achievement for all concerned.

There has also been a fine addition to our product range in recent months – Extreme Solid Core Doors.

Available in up to 22 colours, Extreme Solid Core Doors have 16 layers of laminated timber and a robust 48mm solid core, making them one of the toughest composite doors you can buy.

They’re so secure that they have been classified as Secured by Design by the Police.

Hazlemere continues to do its bit for charity too.

In September, the Braham family, owners of Hazlemere for 35 years, pledged to donate £25 to charity for every composite door sold to retail customers for the entire month.

And this month, we participated in Elf Day by dressing up in our best elf costumes in support of Alzheimer’s Society.

We have added reason to be excited about 2020 as in May, Hazlemere will have been trading for 35 years.

It’s a massive landmark and one that’s only been achievable because of the generosity of support shown by our customers.
