SALES APPOINTMENT PROCEDURES

In view of current developments of the COVID-19 (Corona) virus Hazlemere has introduced a number of steps to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all of our staff and customers.

YOUR SALES CONSULTANT

Our sales consultants will now be based at home to limit social contact and reduce unnecessary travel. A team member who shows any sign of symptoms, or has a raised temperature, will self-isolate for the government recommended 14 days. Prior to entering your property your sales consultant will use antibacterial hand wash, and ideally be allowed to wash their hands on arrival. Our team will practise social distancing and remain 2m away from you and any other members of the family during the home visit.

Please advise us if your household are self-isolating or symptomatic and we will make alternative arrangements for your appointment.   

OUR SHOWROOMS

Our showroom doors are very much open and you will receive the usual warm welcome during your visit. We are limiting use of the showrooms to those team members that are imperative to their running, other colleagues will work elsewhere. All visitors will be shown to the hand washing facilities on arrival and antibacterial hand gel will be available. Prior to and following every visit we will clean down surfaces and keep all areas well ventilated. If you would like to ensure no other customers are present during your visit please let us know and we can arrange exclusive access for you.

VISIT YOUR LOCAL HAZLEMERE SHOWROOM

Our showrooms are our shop windows and we have invested heavily to create extensive displays that best showcase our large range of windows, doors and living spaces. You will receive a warm welcome, plus a proper coffee, and the choice to browse at your leisure without interruption.
