Safe Installations And Safe Showrooms

It’s been a few weeks now since we resumed doing what we do best, installing products at our customer’s homes, and also began welcoming back customers to our showrooms for private appointments. 

Our team has been incredible and we have to say an enormous thank you to our customers who have been so incredibly supportive and understanding; we really couldn’t have done it without you. 

An extra special thank you goes to those customers who patiently waited for an installation to be completed after it was halted halfway through due to the initial imposing of the restrictions. 

If you have a fitting coming up soon, our installations are now being carried out rather differently to how they were before, but no less professionally, with our fitters abiding by the strict safety measures outlined in the GGF Safe Guide.

Your safety is our priority and this doesn’t just apply to our installations, but also when you come to a showroom for a Private Appointment. 

We hope to fully reopen our showrooms soon, but for the moment, we are working on an appointment-only basis. 

It will just be you, and a product demonstrator present, in a deep-cleaned showroom environment with sanitiser stations and masks available, and the region’s best home improvement products. 

There’s no safer place than one of our Covid-secure showrooms, so if you want to see something before you buy it, get an appointment booked in – it would be lovely to meet you. 

Our virtual appointment system is still up and running though if you would prefer to stay at home and talk.
