Yes. Hazlemere has contacted its insurers to confirm cover during the pandemic and completed the relevant risk assessment.
No. All Private Appointments are strictly by invite only, If you would like a Private Appointment organised, please complete the form below or telephone 08000 825 825. Our team will then happily agree pre-arranged time slot to attend.
Absolutely. Our personnel are fully aware of the 2 metre social distancing measures and will ensure they are followed whilst with you in the showroom.
The team are obligated to immediately advise of any Coronavirus symptoms and customers will be asked to confirm they are also symptom free on arrival.
Yes. Time is being kept in between every appointment for the deep cleansing of all showroom surfaces and cups using the correct cleaning agents.
Please park in the visitor parking bay and await for the consultant to beckon you into the showroom. We will have to welcome you with a smile rather than a handshake.
Yes. Upon entry, you will be kindly asked to clean your hands with the provided hand sanitiser and paper towels, and we have a supply of disposable gloves if you would like to use them.
Only the product demonstrator and one customer (two if from the same household) are to be in the showroom at any time.
Yes. During the appointment a suitable area for the refreshments will be available in an appropriate place for you to be able to collect, remember you will need to wipe the handle and exterior surfaces of the cup before moving it and consuming.
Yes, please wear a face covering during your showroom appointment, a supply of masks will be available if you do not have one with you. If you are exempt from wearing a mask please speak to your consultant about it prior to arrival.
