Customer Review Earns Hazlemere Customers £2,500 Windfall
Submitting a short review of Hazlemere’s all-encompassing service has helped boost the bank account of a couple from Abingdon after they were announced as the winners of Conservatory Outlet’s latest £2,500 cash prize draw.
Held on a quarterly basis, they’re the first customers of Hazlemere to have their names drawn out since the initiative was launched and were understandably delighted when they received a telephone call informing them of the news.
The couple rated our level of performance and quality of customer service in a number of different areas and gave us an overall score of 4.9 out of 5 after we had surveyed, supplied and fitted a UPVC residential door and a UPVC French door on their behalf.
Little did they know at the time that their review would earn them such a tidy sum of money.
The winners will be presented with a customary giant cheque (and the normal-sized genuine cheque) at our High Wycombe showroom on Tuesday 24th June by Ian Hayes, Network Development Director at Conservatory Outlet; what a fantastic start to the summer for them.
There’s great news for other Hazlemere customers too as the customer prize draw will now take place on a monthly basis meaning that there will be an even greater number of winners.
