Hazlemere Repair Service Gains High Praise
At Hazlemere we don’t just fit and install window and doors, we can sometimes help repair them too, whether they’ve been bought from us or not.
When a problem occurs with any of your windows and doors it is vitally important that you get it attended to as quickly as possible as you could otherwise be putting the safety of your home at unnecessary risk.
That’s exactly what a recent customer did, calling Hazlemere into action when a door locking mechanism at the home of his mother failed.
A few days after fixing the issue we received the following letter of appreciation:
“I must write to say how delighted and impressed we were by your emergency lock repair service today.
“My mother is frail and easily confused. When we arrived today to visit her she was worried that the door locking mechanism had broken and she could hardly secure it at all. By the door was one of your free prize draw mailings so I rang you immediately to ask for help.
“Within 40 minutes Ritchie had arrived. He quickly assessed the fault and ordered the necessary parts. These arrived within 15 minutes, along with Andy, his workmate. Within a further 20 minutes they had repaired the door and were able to leave a very satisfied customer. From my original call to completion took an hour and a quarter.
“We have to commend you for your speed of response and efficient fault repair service. Where else, we ask ourselves, could we have got such a swift solution? Such reliability is rarely found these days. Ritchie and Andy were very polite, respectful and friendly to my mother and carried out their work quietly and effectively.
