Hazlemere Windows are always pleased to hear from customers old and new, it’s obviously great to receive the thank you letters that turn up regularly from satisfied customers. We are equally keen to hear if things haven’t gone quite right, we can only improve if we listen to the most important gauges of our business, the home owners who entrust us with their home improvement projects. As in any business not everything will go to plan, but how we deal with any issues along the way is what matters. We have built a 30 year reputation for high quality and customer care and ensuring happy customers is key to our success.

It is for this reason that we like to follow up all of our work, whether double glazed windows, doors or conservatories, to ensure we are doing a good job. All of our customers are invited to complete feedback via an independent review website, marking us for our sales process through to installation.

Looking at the feedback we have received over the past 6 months 100% of our customers have confirmed they would recommend us to friends and family and have given us an average satisfaction score of 96%.

We will continue to look to improve our products and processes, we want to hold on to that 100% recommendation rate designing, manufacturing and installing windows, doors and conservatories for happy customers and their family and friends.
