Important Information On Ordering At Hazlemere

We have endured a busy start to 2016 with lots of orders already placed by customers keen to enhance their home.

When a homeowner commits to an order at Hazlemere we follow a stringent process before installing the chosen product.

Below is a shortened overview of what happens once we receive an order:

1. You will be contacted by our Installations Department or a surveyor within a few weeks to arrange an appointment to conduct a survey, take the dimensions, specifications and access. We strive to do this within 3 weeks of a contract being signed.

2. We will begin fabricating the product once the survey has been completed and you will be contacted to arrange an appropriate installation date.

3. We ask that you remove any blinds, curtains, shutters, phone lines, door bells, cables, alarms, CCTV cameras, lighting, awnings, canopies, electrics, plumbing, Sky dishes, TV aerials etc. that are interfering with cladding, fascias, soffits, bargeboards, conservatories, orangeries, porches etc. before the installation takes place.

4. An invoice and customer satisfaction questionnaire will be issued to you before the installation.

5. We will make every effort to commence on the stated delivery date. Should this not be possible we will inform you in advance and arrange an alternative date.

6. You must pay our installation team in full once the work has been completed.

7. Any unforeseen defects e.g. cracked glass that transpire during the installation will be quickly rectified by one of our in-house service engineers.

8. Once full payment has been received you will be presented with a 10 year product and installation guarantee certificate, details on our customer referral reward scheme, and where appropriate, an energy rated certificate.

9. A FENSA certificate will be sent to you 3-6 weeks after payment date for any FENSA registered window and door installation.

10. An independent deposit and warranty insurance will be provided as required of any FENSA registered installer.

11. An insurance backed warranty from GGFi (Glass and Glazing Federation Insurance) will be supplied 3-6 weeks after installation and the receipt of full payment.
