Update On COVID-19 Affect On Hazlemere Window Company Ltd

Hazlemere Window Company’s factory, head offices and Showrooms in High Wycombe remains temporarily closed, along with its Welwyn Garden City Showroom, following their closure on Tuesday 24th March, following the Governments advice that we were to stay at home and avoid social contact until advised otherwise.

More than a week on from this temporary closure and halt to all manufacturing and installing, some of Hazlemere Window Company’s staff are operating during weekdays whilst working from home as everyone in the company self-isolates, as the company is very keen it does its bit to help fight this dreadful pandemic. Hazlemere’s skeleton staff are therefore on hand to ensure that any phone queries are dealt with as soon as is possible and any emails are read and distributed to the right person or department in a timely manner, for when we are allowed to go back to work.

Although Hazlemere’s experienced sales consultants and designers are also all self-isolating at home, they still ready and willing to assist with new enquiries, no obligation quotation requests, living space design and available to answer product or pricing queries. We are able to offer virtual appointments and with your help in terms of requests for replacement windows, doors and Roofline, able to provide accurate written quotations if you are willing to let us have the height and width of each aperture, the design you want, the colour and/or finish you want etc. All we need to do this is a photo (any quality fine) of the inside and outside of each opening you’d like a price for. This with the measurements is all we need to plug into out state of the art software that will produce a price we will honour (subject of course to survey).

The team at Hazlemere is as keen we are sure you are to get back to work as soon as is permissible and safe to do so, as being a family owned and run business the Healthy and Safety of all our clients and staff is top of our agenda, and why as a business we were already winding down to close on Monday 23rd March 2020, when the announcement then came that evening that everyone should self-isolate, only go shopping for essentials and only travel if absolutely necessary.

We do however appreciate that this is going to be a long haul and we encourage everyone to stay at home and reduce the spread of the infection so by doing so it shortens its devastating effect as well as the length of time it will be before we can all get back to work.
