Hazlemere Is A GGF Member - Why This Matters To You

It wouldn’t be unreasonable for you to feel a slight sense of nervousness when you invite a home improvement company to enhance your property as you still hear the odd horror story where a householder has been left severely disappointed with the standard of work provided.

Cottage Solid Core Doors

But you can be completely nerveless if that company is Hazlemere as we have a fantastic reputation, built up over 35 years, for providing only the very finest window, door and conservatory installations.

Hazlemere is also a member of the industry’s leading trade association and consumer protection scheme – the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF), formed in 1977.

It’s urged that you only use a GGF-approved member for all your home improvement needs, as we are the best installers in the business.

All GGF installers have been vetted, and Hazlemere is no exception.

To gain the accreditation we were visited and observed by a top team of assessors, who scrutinised our work practices to ensure they met their exacting standards, which they did.

This accreditation can be revoked if there is any evidence of us dropping below the standards that are set out in the GGF Code of Good Practice and Glazing Manual, but we work hard to ensure this doesn’t happen.

A further bonus of employing Hazlemere is that your installation will comply with current building regulations. This is paramount, because a non-compliant installation can cause you a world of headaches when you want to sell your home.

You can also rely on the GGF’s free conciliation service if you are left dissatisfied with the quality of work that we supply (not that this is likely to happen!). This service exists to impartially resolve disputes between consumers and installers.
