Jenna’s time as Purchasing Manager at Hazlemere, when she oversaw a four-strong team in our purchasing department, hugely impressed our key decision-makers, who were taken with her proactive attitude and great enthusiasm for her job. This led to her being promoted to Head of Purchasing, which required her to oversee the fabrication operation of our factory. She did this whilst also being in charge of the procurement function and warehouse activities, an all-embracing challenge that she expertly succeeded in.

Her reliability in our factory operations has been exemplary and played a major part in the efficient delivery of so many commercial assignments. The consummate way she has also integrated the procurement and production departments has resulted in a more unified approach and aided communications throughout the production functions.

We must also credit Jenna with spearheading our company-wide drive to reach one of our prime ISO 9001 / 14001 targets of shifting to paperless systems, wherever possible, as we seek to reduce our environmental impact.

Since joining as purchasing manager in 2017, Jenna has consistently shown the forward-thinking and tenacious attitude that makes her a perfect addition to the Board of Directors here at Hazlemere. Her ability to spot opportunities for improvement and motivate the team saw her quickly promoted to Head of Purchasing and Production and her talents and hard work have now been rightly rewarded with her promotion to the board.”

I’m looking forward to the challenges ahead whilst maintaining the core company values and mission statement. Leading the Procurement and Production teams on some prestigious projects over the last few years has been a fantastic experience, elevating my knowledge and confidence to take on this incredible opportunity. It is inspiring to be in a position where I can use my skill set and expertise to help the business grow and develop for the next 30+ years.”
