Viewing the Loggia is like taking a step back in time as the design first originated during the Italian renaissance and its modern re-embodiment retains many of its traditional features such as the ornate corner columns. Most Loggia conservatories are immense in size, but this Loggia is a slender example and utilises small corner columns that are no less stylish. Its condensed size hasn’t prevented it from being thoroughly accessorised with an undeniably impressive three-panel sliding, folding bi-folding door and neighbouring French doors that will complement each other perfectly.
On the uppermost point of the design’s exterior you can see a small cornice that really adds to the design, whilst inside, the small pelmet houses a number of spotlights. They will prove invaluable when the Loggia requires lighting after dark so that its occupants can revel in its surrounds late into the night. Exposure to the outdoor environment can also be executed by pushing the top opening windows outwards. When these windows are locked shut they will contribute to the structure’s overall thermal efficiency and protect the Loggia from any unwanted intrusion as who wouldn’t want to experience what it’s like to live life in a Loggia?
